AN INVITATION TO THE TOWER OF TRICKERY

The design and prototype of a board game for my degree major project. An Invitation to the Tower of Trickery is a co-operative board game designed for 2 to 4 players, with the aim of players working together to escape the tower by finding a route to the roof. The project involved designing the game mechanics, branding the game, designing all the assets and producing a prototype. A retro detective theme was chosen for the design, with the primary art using vector illustrations. The design of the game was led by the desire to craft as many environments, objects and items as possible to both enrich the experience of the players and build my design skillset.
